The purpose of this thread is to gather specific information which will be passed on to the studio in order to help them get a handle on the issue referenced in the title of this thread.
We request that you provide all of the requested information listed below. One post per person please. If you need to edit your post to add additional information click on the gear icon at the upper right side of your post.

Thank you all for the information.
The studio is aware of the issue and they are actively working on it. As soon as we have further information available, we will be posting it here on the forums as well.

Game worked fine last challenge but hangs up constantly now.
If the game has known issues then pogo needs TO QUIT putting out badges for this game, so annoying.

I play just fine after winning individual hands by unchecking everything in the chat box options before starting the game. If I don't do this and play commences the game freezes after winning a hand and it doesn't matter what I do until I clear my cache. Then if I uncheck all chat box options before start again the game plays through after winning hands.
If I have to close and reopen the game to start a new match at the same table I sometimes freeze even after unchecking all chat box options so always move to another table that I haven't visited since the last time I cleared my cache. This works every time as long as I uncheck all chat box options at the new table prior to start.
I only play 300 point matches of Oklahoma Gin, don't use the forfeit timer, and aces are always low. Under Customize Your Table the only box I have checked is to Use these options the next time I open a new game.
If I win a game that wins me the match outright I can usually click Play Again and start another match without the game freezing just prior to shuffling the cards. I did freeze once and had to start again at a new table, unchecking all chat box options and playing through winning hands just fine.
About half the time the game freezes after winning a game that doesn't win me the match. Earning the Holiday Mascots Premium Album Badge froze after not winning a match outright two out of three times the opportunity presented itself. I won a game tonight with Cosplay Hero activated and the game froze after the jackpot spin for earning 276 points.
I usually only play in Ed's Bungalow but have had the exact same experiences in Palm Fronds and Butterflies.
It doesn't matter if I use Opera 39 or Internet Explorer 11, the same things happen using both browsers.
