When playing Jungle Gin, quite often the cards are not turned over when I bring them into my hand. How can I turn them over to reveal their value?

Hi @Handyman8144,

That is a very strange issue and it could be caused by a number of things.

There are a few things I would like to suggest:

1. Please restart your router and computer to reset the connection
2. Please clear your browser cache: http://answers.ea.com/t5/Pogo/Clearing-your-Browser-Cache/m-p/4622044#M118548
3. Please clear the Flash storage: http://answers.ea.com/t5/Pogo/Freezing-issues-with-Flash-based-games/m-p/5907350/highlight/true#M162...

If you use multiple browser add-ons or extension (pop up blockers, ad blockers etc.), I would recommend disabling these to check if the same issue occurs.

The title of this thread is about private chat, but there is nothing in the 

thread regarding that.  The thread is all about the game of gin and card

value.  How did those two get mixed?
