I can access all games but Scrabble on Pogo.

Things not working on Pogo's Scrabble:

*clicking play ...it doesn't work

*unable to drag letters to the box...must type

*unable to use icons for exchange letters, mix up letters

* freezes if I try to drag letters

It simply is not working. Never had this problem before. Is it Java????HELP!!!!!!!

After I read your post here, I went to Scrabble in Club Pogo and it loaded right up & I had no problem playing a game...

We will need a bit more information from you before we can help.

What happens when you try another browser?

Have you cleared the JAVA & FLASH cache in addition to the BROWSER cache?

What exactly is happening when you try to play the game?

What is the error message you get, if any (more details of the exact text please)?

Are any other games loading correctly?

Scrabble has been converted to a Flash game now. Make sure your Flash player is working

& up to date & has enough storage for the game. Clear your Flash cache if it hasn't been done

in a while. Good luck!
