ive followed every step multiple advisors have given me. still cant play my games properly. I'm not gonna renew my CLUB account membership if these issues are not resolved.
ive used 3 diffrerent browsers
uninstalled and reinstalled java and flash multiple times
cleared my cashe
uninstalled unnessicary programs on my computer
changed my settings
etc etc etc....NOTHING IS WORKING.......... HELP!!
NOW I'm being told my case is being escalated to a SPECALIST TEAM MEMBER....last time I had that happen was with my SIMPSONS TAPPED OUT game and 4 months went by before I even got a reply. never did get that issue resolved....gave up.....lost money....ill never spend money on a game again at this rate....
Does anyone have any other suggestions? I love my pogo but I'm about to give up on it......
