Having the same problem. Can someone please answer this question and let us know how to fix it?

That sounds like it could be a browser issue, between http and https settings...
1st thing, try another browser and see if you get the same message.
Be sure you have cleared the Flash & Java Cache as well as the browser cache, reboot, relaunch your browser and sign back into pogo and see if you have the same problem.
