ERROR STARTING NEWEST GAMES

This same problem happened a few week ago with ALL the newer games starting with Cookie Connect. I get a message that says ! ERROR STARTING  GAME. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER. IT ALSO HAS A REFRESH BUTTON. That does not work. I have talked with other players that are NOT having this problem. How do I play the newer games??  Thanks for your help.

I see that message, it tells me I have lost connection somewhere

since last playing a game.  It may not seem like it, but you have.

I sign out and sign back in to get the games to play again.
