What you see in dark red is what the helpers are looking at

the top portion has a couple of flaws in it, and one of them is

it is not made to read Windows 10.

No the scan says everything is okay except operation ie Microsoft 10, it doesn't load or it loads but I can't type. I have problems with this site all the time

but this has gone on for weeks and there seems to be no help.
