Clue in Pogo not loading

Clue will not load for me most of the time. I have followed all of the suggestions in the previous posts. Everything has been changed to your suggestions to the T. I have tried Chrome, Edge and Internet Explorer 11. Emptied cache in browsers and java. This needs to be fixed, please. I have wasted gems for several episodes. Thank You

I do apologize for the experience you have had with CLUE.

I have seen reports of this occurring on CLUE before and there are a few things that seem to have worked for other players.

• Clear browser cache: http://answers.ea.com/t5/Pogo/Clearing-your-Browser-Cache/m-p/4622044#M118548
• Clear Flash storage: http://answers.ea.com/t5/Pogo/squelchies-bonus-game/m-p/4622049#M118549
• When going to the new location, click on the location and hold the left mouse button down for a few seconds.

Does the entire game not load or do you run into issues while on the map for the episode and try to access the locations?
