For the last three days I have been unable to log into my pogo account. When I click the sign in link, a log in screen comes up. I enter my screenname and password and click enter. I am taken back to the pogo page, but still have not been logged in. In the top right hand corner where it should give your screenname, it keeps giving the link for register or sign in. I have gone through the process numerous times. I have even tried to access my pogo account through an email sent by pogo to my personal email account with no avail. When I click on the pogo email it takes me to a screen where my screenname is in the top right hand corner, but when I click on my screenname, it takes me back to sign in page. How can I get back to my account so I can play?

When i go to pogo and type in mylog in name and password, it says it's not in system ? I've had same ones for several mos. Need help

@lushAnut542 Can you be a little more specific as to the reasons why you can't log in? Is it a case that you have forgotten your sign in details or is there an error message stopping you getting in?

I have been trying to get into Pogo; chatted with Nimal; gave complete info to justify who i was; was told she could not verify my account. Got 3 emails telling me that they will help, but I've heard nothing. Went on Facebook and found an ad saying Pogo technical support; called the number 1855-708-2203 and was informed that my computer had Hacking Issue (Credential's Reset {whatever that is i don't know]); application Damage; Infected Software; Security Breach; and wanted to transfer me to Microsoft Cert Tech Dept. who would fix those problems for a fee of $199.99 a year. I called my own technical support who went completely through my computer (took him 4 hours), cleaned everything and found none of the issues presented that i was told i could get help at a fee. Microsoft itself has helped me in the past and there is no charge for their support, so that's when I got suspicious. I completed everything i know and submitted that to you folks and i want something done. I've been a faithful Pogo member for 17 years and this is the thanks i get? And, to think i just renewed my membership on 8/20/18 for another year.

@lizcourey I am not sure what the issue is, is it a case that you are unable to verify ownership of your account, if so then our live support advisers will be unable to provide any information or make any changes to your account till such time as you can verify your ownership of the account.
