my pogo times out on everygame with firefox and ie11 and everything is up to date.  i cant get it to work and i really want to play so anyone just please help me

There is no guarantee of an answer here at AHQ, in spite of the name we go by.  I do not play any casual game like yours.  I did happen to see that it had been four hours since you wrote.  Answers HQ is gamers writing to gamers with self-help suggestions.  It is not official customer support, whether honest or dishonest, that will depend on how it works for you when you get there.
