Which fire fox version are you using?  version 52 ESR

(extended support release) or Fire Fox version 54?

if it is version 54, that one will not play java games.

You will need to use a browser that supports java such as internet 

explorer for java games.  or an unsupported browser such as the

Pale Moon browser.  I use pale moon because IE will not play 

correctly on my computer.  

Here is a List of games: Flash / Java / HTML5 and the format they

play in.

Today I got half way through the puzzle and it stopped typing for me.

Hi @judyg292,

What browser are you using to play Crossword Cove? The game does have issues with Internet Explorer 11 and Microsoft Edge, if you use these browsers we would recommend switching to a different one (i.e. Google Chrome or Firefox) for this game.

Tonight I tried Firefox and I did play the crossword will try again tomorrow because game has been sporatic.  I had problems with Java games on Firefox.

Today I updated Foxfire and was able to play all the games I normally play. Thank you I will use Firefox from now on.
