sparks will not load

sparks will not load, hasn't in a very long time, i usually play it on my husbands pc but it is not loading there now either all i get is a little pogo box (white tiny box with pogo) in it

what does that box mean?

Could you try adding the following exceptions to the firewall/antivirus:

• pogo.com
• game3.pogo.com
• pogospike-prod.pogo.com
