Ever since i renewed my membership back in July, ( i know this has nothing to do with it but that's when the trouble started) i have to sign in to my pogo account multiple times before it will let me in. It won't let me into chat rooms and it won't let me play some of the games.
I have checked to make sure I have the most current Java and I do, I also have the current Flash as well. I have cleaned every cache I can think of and I've downloaded a 4th browser to see if this works. If it doesn't work, i'm going to be one very unhappy camper. I pay a lot of money for my membership and I've never experienced as many issues as I have in the last 3 months. Please help me fix this.

That should set it for every game after you do it once for the java games,
and once for the flash games. seldom do you need to do it twice.
and then you should be good to go.

What are a few of those games that you are unable to load and play?
What happens when you try to play your games exactly?
Are you getting any messages, if so what are the messages?
what browsers do you have loaded on the computer?
How much ram do you have? How to Find the RAM on a Computer
Lets see if we can find the problem, with the browser you most often use
We need the you to post what you see when you click on these links.
Also add, what your anti virus program is, some of them are
now blocking the games for security reasons.

Hello. The games I can't access so far is Canasta, boardwalk seaball and first class solitaire, When I click a chat room, nothing happens. When I try to play a game, nothing happens. No error messages, nothing. The only message I'm getting is when I try to sign in and the darn thing keeps telling me I have the wrong password when I know i don't.

I use Kaspersky Total Security.
Also, a message appeared all of a sudden and it says "This site uses a plugin that will soon be unsupported" Do you know what this means? Any idea on how i can fix it?

Did you use Opera or Chrome for your scan or both?
Opera is not a supported browser for Pogo games. and
Chrome will not play java games, and will not show in a scan.
The AOL browser isn't a recommended browser for playing Pogo -
Internet Explorer, Chrome & Firefox are all fully supported, so you're really
better off using one of those.

Kaspersky is on the list of anti-virus programs that has problems with Pogo
games, you can check out how to fix that here: Trouble loading some
Games Kaspersky is listed on the 1st page about the 4th or 5th on listed.

Hello. I tried using google chrome, firefox, I.E and Opera and I can't seem to get any of them to work with Pogo games.
I don't understand what's going on cause I've been using Kaspersky for a number of years now and it never seemed to cause a problem with Pogo games. Did Pogo change things around or update or something? I don't understand why I'm having all these problems now.
I have been a member for over 10 years and this is the first time I have experiened this..if i can't fix this problem, then I guess i just can't play anymore. Such a shame, i loved this site.

If Java doesn't work with google chrome, how is it fully supported then?

Back in June, Several of the Anti-Virus programs changed and upgraded
their defences, yours was one of them.
You should have a yellow bar across the top of your games in Chrome
saying that java is no longer supported.

well I can guarantee next year when Kaspersky wants me to renew, I'll be looking for a new anti virus program. hahaha Yes I saw the yellow bar so I didn't know what else to do other than to get another browser. Didn't realize Opera wasn't supported, shows how much I know. If i can't use chrome or Opera and I.E and firefox don't work, what am i suppose to use? any suggestions, please and thank you.

See if this information helps you some: The newest version of java does
not work correctly with internet explorer. but there is a workaround for it.
Java 8.6 workaround in IE11 also this for IE Help with Internet Explorer
