pogo games

this is so bad. never able to ontact anyone at pogo anymore,games take a long time to load and some games won't load at all. we have a brand new computer,4 days old, and it is not the computer causing these problems.they don't mind taking pur money but no  they have no way to contact them.Pogo has really gotten bad since EA bought them.I don't think I am going to renew although I have been a member to 8 years.
