lack of game after using gems to get it

Today I used 16 gems for a game. I was sent a 'thank you' from Pogo for this.

I;'d  like to be able to thank Pogo if they'd GIVE ME THE GAME!!!!!!!!!!!

It has all the pictures, girl with a magnifying glass, etc;

But nothing but the same old list of games comes up!

I'd suggest first to check by using a different browser & signing out of  Pogo & back in.

If it's still missing, here are some instructions:  Pogo|I didn't get my Club Pogo Badge. Where can I find it and how ...
