i am trying to renew my subscription on pogo but for some reason its not taking any of my credit cards for a payment including a pre paid card that i just purchased i really need help with this

What happens when you try to enter the details? Do you get any error message - if so, what does it say?
Have you tried deleting the old card details first rather than typing over these?
Make sure the address you enter is exactly the same as that held by your credit card provider for that address and make sure that you don't leave any fields blank.
Finally, if none of these tips work, I'd ask you to contact our support team directly about your account problems since for security and confidentiality reasons we cannot discuss account details on a public forum.

Sign in with your Pogo username and Password (Click on Login in the top right hand corner), you’ll then be prompted for ‘Product’ (enter Pogo) and then for ‘Category’ (select ‘Billing/Purchasing’), finally below a list of articles, you can select ‘Step 2: Choose a Contact Method’.
There is no phone number for support, but you will be able to send an email. Please include as much detail as possible, so they are able to answer you straightaway.
