thank you for trying
that did not change a thing
the problem is EA

Sorry, but it has nothing to do with EA or any other game site you play on. it is computer related.
I have had it happen to me also. many times.
You did not supply this information and it will really help us to know what we are dealing with.
Copy/paste it from here: Pogo Troubleshooter

I just played a game of Scrabble with no problems.
I left the game room, went into another, and had the authentication problem, the timer problem, and the no extend option.
IF it is my computer as you suggest, how is it I played an entire game with NO problems?
EA has so many issues to tend to as the forums are full of them.
With all due respect, it is up to EA to provide the games, and fix the problems that are not computer related...meaning our computers.

If you move to quickly from one room to another that will
cause the authentication problems.

Browser = Firefox 33.0
Cookies Enabled? = true
Do Not Track = unspecified
Resolution = 1360 x 768
OS = Windows 8.1
Flash version = 15.0.0
Java Versions installed = 1.7.0_71
It does not appear that changing the resolution has any result on the http://www.pogo.com/hotdeploy/us/community/include/wordpress/zoomtest/zoomtest.html option nor does it cause the 'Resolution not Supported' message to be fixed here: http://www.pogo.com/system-info
My computer has used the same resolution since I got it and I was using pogo just fine on it for many many months.
And my zoom is set to 100%, I checked a while ago.

The resolution part, is an error in the scan, and yes, EA knows about it.
if your games fit on the screen, forget what that resoultion says, I sure
do not worry about it, tells me mine is wrong also. but my games play
just great.

What about the rest of the information I posted? Do you see something there that could help?

So now we know for sure it is EA; question is...are they going to fix it?
