Problems with Canasta!

Working on Be Bop Baby Badge.  Not getting credit for games won. Still showing 5 games won which in actuality I have won 7.  Can this problem be resolved?

For this challenge, you need to join or set a table with Frozen Pile Option.

Of course I have.  I would not have won the games that I had had I not joined the proper game room.  This is NOT the problem.  Again, I just won my 8th game and did NOT get credit for it.  I have, therefore, won 10 games and only have received credit for 7.
