Pogo Download games purchase

Trying to purchase Pogo downloaded games, i.e. Fishdom 2 Premium; Vacation Quest Hawaiian Islands, I select payment method, proceed to checkout and an error comes up, " an error occurred while processing your request.  Please, try again later".  I can purchase gems on the Visa card but the downloaded games will not complete the purchases.
