Playing First class Solitaire

Hello; When you start a new game and the Stacks of cards get put onto the playing field, There may be one or two piles that don't show the face of the card.  You hit on the backs and it will flip over two cards at once. I've hit on the top card to more it to the pile I want,  and the second card stays where it is You play the game and when you cant make any more moves. You hit start a new game and it does the same as above.
