Imagine my consternation when after several days of playing when I finally won a game this morning at approx 11:00 am CST and received no credit for the winr.
Of course, when I went for "help" this is the only option I am given for rectifying the problem.
Where is the help, POGO? Other members cannot rectify this problem.
My membership of three years ends on February 24 of this year. I will not be renewing, because of the lack of being able to contact, even by email, a representative that can help you if there is a problem. This is in spite of the fact that I busted my buns these last 3 months to get 1000 weekly badges to get the special badge.
I am sorely dissappointed in POGO and Electronic Arts. I have spent a fair amount of money buying gems--have over 1700 badges total---and even bought memberships for pooreer members. This will all end.
POGO, Is no longer any fun for me.
