My turn freeze

Playing private game by myself.  happens when playing others also.  When it is my turn game freezes for at least 30 seconds.  I hit the score button still nothing for a few seconds.  This is not fun!

What is the game you are referring to?

If it's a Flash Game you can troubleshoot this issue with this tutorial : Freezing issues

There are 5 quick steps you need to perform. 

All these steps are detailed in the tutorial:

1 - Update Flash

2 - Clear browser cache

3 - Increase disk space for Pogo

4 - Clear Flash Player Storage 

5 - Add Pogo URLs to the Trust Files list in Flash

It definitely shouldn't be freezing for you when it's your turn. If you've tried the HTML5 troubleshooting, could you please reply on this information request thread for SCRABBLE with the requested information? The Pogo team is looking into issues on SCRABBLE and the information you could share would help a lot.
