I cannott draw or throw away a card in gin rummy

I am trying to get gin rummy badge.  I am playing with robots.  I cannot draw a card, but Pogo keeps telling me it is my turn.

what am I supposed to do?  I have latest version of Java.

If you are unable to move cards in gin, it is usually a zoom problem.

Checkout this post for help with resetting zoom:  Cards are getting stuck

If that does not work then try this method:

I will add that is supposed to work, but a few players
have found that setting their zoom at 80% worked to
move the cards, so if 100% does not work then try 80%
or something between 80% and 100% and see if it works.

I do not recall ever reading, since the game has been a
flash game, of a player having success with a zoom over
100%. And only a handful can play with it less then 100%.

It's a flash game, I've checked my version, this is a significantly long time (since Wed) that POGO is not doing anything about the problem. Ive followed their instructions, no go. They need to work on it.
