I know this isn't the right place but an EA specialist is willing to help me but I can't find and where to reply to his email. His 1st name is Anthony. I do know how to email but not from the page he has messaged me on. Help is possible.....

If you have already opened a case with customer support, go to help.ea.com and log in. Next click on the "Accounts" link at the top left and pick 'My Cases".
You'll be able to respond to your case there.

I have tried that many times, but I can't seem to email from there.
