Frozen game

I'm playing Dominoes at the time being and the game is frozen up. I would also like you all to know I was playing scrabble yesterday and did not receive all of my points. I formed a word on top of another that was in the triple play and it only gave me a partial amount. The above 2 problems happens a lot.
