Crossword Cove

Works up until I click on play todayps puzzle or any of the others, such as saved, etc and I get the cripes message and it says to clear cache, etc. I have done all that and nothing is working. All other games are loading fine.

Have you cleared your Java cache as well as your browser cache? 

 

Do you have "Preserve Favourite Website Data" enabled in your Internet Options?

If so, the settings will still save some information.

 

You can find information on how to clear both caches depending on your browser in this link: 

http://help.ea.com/en/article/clearing-your-browsers-cache/

 

Afterwards, please reboot your computer and then sign back in to Club Pogo to see if the games now load and display correctly.

 

Have you tried using a different browser? Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Firefox are all supported for Windows installations.

Please check your Zoom setting is at 100%. Try pressing Ctrl & + to zoom in, or Ctrl & - to zoom out, or Ctrl & 0 to reset the zoom to 100%. Here are links for the 3 main browsers.

Changing text, image, and video sizes 

 

After you have set your zoom to 100%, close your browser & restart it for it to take effect.
