Chat screen

the bottom half of my chat screen is missing, I can not see any chat going on and I can not chat with anyone in my room.

The most likely reason is the zoom level in your browser.

Try resetting the zoom level in your browser to the default setting: 100%

Here is how:

• Firefox & Google Chrome

Go to pogo.com and type CTRL+0 (Zero) to set your browser to the default zoom level.
