Cannot get Live Chat or phone support

Was trying to get live chat support about a purchasing issue. Get this message

 

We were unable to connect you with the support channel you requested. Please try another option or visit Answer HQ for community support.

 

I tried to start a new case to find out how to get live chat or phone support but just get a blank screen and cannot start a new case.

In this case, could you please try scheduling a call back from an Advisor without logging in to Help.Ea.com?

 

To do this please follow the steps below:

  1. Please log out on Help.EA.com in the top left corner.
  2. Go to the following page: http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/?product=origin&category=manage-my-account&issue=hacked-account
  3. Select the Origin tile that says 'PC' and select 'Next in the bottom left
  4. On the next page change the second drop down menu from 'Hacked account' to 'Manage Account Details'.
  5. Type 'Reset Pogo password' in the third box
  6. On the next page DO NOT log in, instead select the 'Having trouble accessing your account?' link in the bottom left.
  7. On the next page type in your details and select Next
  8. Select 'Call Me' and enter your phone number

Let us know if you run into any trouble following these steps.
