C'mon, guys

★★★ Newbie

I understand that games are being converted to HTML5 and that there are coding challenges with different operating systems and displays. However, the incessant delays and crashes are unacceptable. Yet again tonight getting the error message that there's no internet connection. Bull. My machine has a connection and every other site loads just fine. The least you could do is take responsibility instead of blaming these problems on members and wasting their time with useless info on their browser's caches, etc. (IMO, the only advice to give is recommending Chrome or Opera, which are the top rated browsers for HTML5 support. Trying any HTML5 game in Firefox or IE is a waste of time.)

I agree totally!! This is the ONLY game I have this problem with and it's ridiculous. There is nothing wrong with my connection. I am using Chrome and as soon as game loads I get the no connection message.  The problem is not on my end.....
