I clicked on all information before to save it, as you show, it saved it to
notepad. I do not use notepad, I had a hard time finding that information
so I did a copy and paste of everything that was there to your mail.
Is notepad to small to load everything?

@ccboots56 Yes it is pretty long. Could you try attaching that file to your post? Do try attaching it to a post instead of a private message.

@ccboots56 You still need to type something in the post box. Once you add the file it should look like this:

@ccboots56 Indeed! Thank you!
Looks like your computer uses the following card:
Card name: Intel(R) HD Graphics 530
And your drivers are out of date:
Driver Date/Size: 2/17/2016 4:00:00 PM, 39479536 bytes
You should be able to download the most recent drivers from the following page: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/88345/Intel-HD-Graphics-530
On how to update drivers: https://www-ssl.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html
Let me know how it goes with new drivers!

Do I download each of those that are show up in that 1st link?
there are like 6 or 8 of them there, I lost count, LOL
That was quick reading, it was only a book I sent you.
December 2016
@ccboots56 It's quick if you know what to look out for
As for the drivers, try the instructions in 2nd link first. If that doesn't work use the most recent NON Beta drivers (the ones from November should be the ones you need).

Now what?
This is from the 2nd link:
Error Message: Computer Manufacturer Graphics Driver Detected
this is from the 1st link:
Intel drivers are not validated to update for this computer.
It is not possible to update the drivers for this computer.
You get one of the below error messages when you update your graphics drivers.
Click or the topic for details:
Error: A customized computer manufacturer driver is installed on your computer. The Intel® Driver Update Utility is not able to update the driver. Installing a generic Intel® driver instead of the customized computer manufacturer driver can cause technical issues. Contact your computer manufacturer for the latest driver for your computer.
Error: The driver being installed is not validated for this computer. Obtain the appropriate driver from the computer's manufacturer. Setup will exit.
Or
Error: This driver could not be installed on this computer. Contact the computer's manufacturer for further information.
Why did I get this error?
Your computer manufacturer customizes drivers that run Intel® components on your machine. You might lose functions and cause other technical issues by installing the Intel® drivers.
