Big City Adventure

Purchased a game in Big city Adventure.  Now when I try to play, I get the original screen to start.  Click on that and all I get is a black screen so am unable to play.  Checked and I have the latest version of Java.  Playing thru Mozilla Firefox.  Need this to work please.
