Hi, please either remove rhe adds or at least mute all adds. If the game has been muted why are the adds not muted. Please mute all sound forever in all my games and promotions.

Just out of interest, are you hearing the train noise from the ads I posted on the link below?

Can’t play the add, comes up like a screenshot on my end. The adds don’t give any gems or advantages. I just need the sound to be 100% muted for all adds or better have an add free version, or I will just quit playing.

Thanks for the reply.  This suggests it might be device specific issue.

Since 9.6 update last year, my old iPhone 5s was intermittent getting error when playings ads and sometimes some ads played but then locked up at the end of the ads so I collect no rewards. While all this was happening, my other more up-to-date iphones were working ok.   May I ask what is the make and model of your gaming device?
