So the latest glitch

Play any ad (for gems, money or to replay pinata party), the same ad for a jigsaw game comes up. Whether you try to download or close the ad, it just closes the whole game and takes you back to your normal screen that comes up with you open the device (ipad for me). No gems or money are credited. Frustrating

Turning off and on again seems to have worked

First I can advise you to turn off your phone / tablet and to turn it on again to see if it helps.
