I got of the game and went back on to see the game had restarted like when I got the game three years ago. My four profiles were Dominick, Adreauna, MariokartDJ, and MKDJ2. I lost my Player id in the process as well. Is there anything I can do?

Were you logged into an account before the factory reset?

If you weren't then unfortunately the progress will be lost and you'd need to start again
