I have been playing plants VS zombies 2 for very long time and spend some cash as well. One day, when I was switching from my old phone to new one, I lost all my progress. What's funny is that, even my account was synced with google account, I still end up losing all my progress. So about two months ago, I send in the email through help QA and got a response saying that someone will contact me shortly to help with my case but no one ever did. So I tried again, last week and still no luck. Please someone help me, I'd love to continue playing but the thought of starting all over again, discourage me to do so.
