Lost all my data! Help pls!

So I took a break of pvz2 because I couldn't pass a level and just uninstalled the game with being logged into my acc. I installed it back, signed into my account and it says I have to start over???!
I tried to sign out and sign in, Uninstall+install back and clear cache and the data. anyone know how to fix this? it says I still have all my achievements done
