I lost all my progress in pvz2

Something about half year ago ore more i was playing your game on my tablet. I finished all maps and got all plants so i stoped playing. Now i did want to install this game on my phone to play but massage that game showed me was "chose your name and play tutorial. I am still using same google+ acc. It is even still rated 5 stars.
You know... Its not funny to lose hundreds of hour of progress.
How can i get my progress back ?
