It's happened only a couple times ever, but it just happened again today. I don't really mind because I play the game often enough to build my banks back up, but it does get frustrating.
I opened up the game today and I was short about 50 gems. I know this because I keep a minimum balance in my gem bank. It's happened before where I literally lost all my gems and coins.
Is there an explanation? I haven't caught on to anything that the game does, updated or otherwise that hint that I will lose my resources. I started to think it was an incentive to keep playing to keep your funds up. But that can't be right either.
Not looking for reimbursement, necessarily, (though I would happily take a commission for a plant idea). Just an explanation, really. And maybe a fix to the problem.
