Game progress gone pz2

A couple of days ago suddenly when loading my game all the progress is gone. All my achievements are visible in my Google play account. I want my game back to where it was. There is no real help reading these forums. Just get my game back to where it was.

Same thing happened to me as of 11/28/2016 my progress all disappeared on my Android HTC One device. I tried reinstalling, but it did not help. It's like everything got wiped. I check my Google Play Games app and it shows my progress,so I'm at a loss.

Same happened to me for the second time. It happens after every update. 

I believe the game has a bug when dealing with installations on the SD card.
