Game freezes during ads

After I finish a level an ad usually plays.  But sometimes instead of an ad the screen turns black with a grey stripe at the bottom.  When this happens I have 2 choices.  Exit out fast and restart the game or wait for a messege to pop up saying the game is not responding then exit out and restart the game.  I am playing on a tablet which uses Android.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you

Annoying, isn't it.  Unfortunately it's really the ad sever and the ads, which are not controlled by EA.  They can complain to the company they contract with, but that's pretty much it.

That's a bummer.  Seems like this game has a lot of problems.  Look at all these threads lol.  Well thanks anyway

So, where to complain? 

Ads freezing is very discouraging. My brother won't play now.
