Achievement -- Is this really possible? [ Edited ]

Since the recent update issue I have now started using the Game Center to ‘track’ my progress. 

I have noticed there is a leader-boards section so wandering in to have a look and to my surprise, I saw all top 5 all-time players achieved an unbelievable number of 9223372036854775807 games (guess this must be the maximum recordable numbers on the system). 

Is this really possible?

If this were true, just wondering how many hours one would need to get to this achievement.
