p vz z says unable to connect to ea servers

Recently I have been unable to connect to EA Servers on P vs Z and Fifa 16.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled my live account and the game.  NAT is set to open.  Xbox support deferred me to EA Sports support but I can't reach anyone through the website because "my games" never load to get past that point.  I have a NETGEAR router and I am going crazy trying to get this thing to connect to EA Sport servers.  Any ideas?  and any way to reach a person at EA Sports?

Just to be sure, are you trying to connect to Garden Warfare? If that so, don't hesitate to post in the Xbox Garden Warfare board as you may find more appropriate answers. 

That being said since you have an issue with both PvZ and FIFA it might be a more general connectivity issue. Are you using wifi or a cable connection? Wifi is the enemy If you're using wifi I would definitely suggest to try to plug in your console to the router and see if that helps at all.
