Plants vs Zombies FREE - transfer game progress

I'd like to transfer game progress from my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 tablet to my Samsung Galaxy S phone, but I can't find proper files.

Any help much appreciated.

Hi

I don't know if this will work but if you could connect Google play or Facebook to the game then if you connected them to your new device then that might work. Not totally sure but worth a try.
