I bought a video game from pogo and the disc as well. will my disc be mailed?

I want my money back!!! I thought I was buying this disc outright but nooo.... I have to be connected to pogo for eternity to play it. I want my money back. I even  payed the extra money for what I thought would be a downloadable disc for other computers. I think it was just extra money in EA's pocket as well. I need a refund ASAP please.
