The Sims Deluxe Edition not opening on Windows 10

Hello, I have been trying to run The Sims Deluxe Edition on my Windows 10 computer. However, when trying to run it, nothing happens. It opens the little window where you can click play and then select 800x600 or 1024x768. Clicking either of these does nothing. I have tried setting all .exe files affiliated with The Sims Deluxe Edition to compatibility mode of older versions of windows'.

I hope I can get this issue resolved as I really would like to play this game.

If not then I hope EA allow GOG to put this game on their website.

Unfortunately, The Sims Deluxe edition doesn't usually work properly with new versions of Windows. I suggest you to get in contact with one of our Advisors. I can't assure you they will be able to help, but it's worth to try.
