Hello,

I have claimed a free copy of The Sims UC via the promotion and I am certain of it - I have actually created the Origin account for that
I have played the game for some time, then deleted it from my computer.

Now, i wanted to install it again I could not find it anywhere on my account. Is there any possibility it has disapeared? If so, is there any possibility to get it back?

Games don't just disappear without a reason from Origin, so let's try to find it

Please, go to your game library and check in the right top corner for an option to 'filter'. Use it to take a look to your 'Hidden games'. Is The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection in there?

If not, I would suggest getting in contact with one of our advisers through EA Help, they will be able to check what's wrong, and help you with this issue.
