Sims Castaway Stories - Flickering Graphics [ Edited ]

I'm having a problem with Sims Castaway Stories but I believe it can be solved the same way as you would with Sims 2. It's something I've fixed once before on my Sims 2 however I forgot how. The graphics are quite glitchy and it flickers when I scroll over the screen. Anyone know how to fix this? (No luck with live chats, I'm not being connected to anybody)
