Sims 3 codes already used?

Okay, here's the deal; a few years ago, I bought around 8 Sims 3 games, and would play them everyday until I got a new pc that I couldn't use for games. Now, I have a much better pc, and I decided to play Sims again and downloaded and opened Origin. I made sure to log in on the account I had all the Sims games on, but they were all gone, and when I tried to put in the code it said that it had already been used! But it can't have been, 'cause this is the only account I had when I played Sims all those years ago! And I have all the games right next to me, so it's definitely MY games. Please help me, I would really appreciate it!

The games generally do not simply disappear. It might be possible that you very simply are getting confused with the Origin's layout.

The code themselves are usable only a single time so it would make sense that they're already in use as you have used them up once in the past. And since they bind to a single account, they should be there where they got first activated once we first simply find where they are.

If you have the CD games try reinstalling them... Origin will come up and your game will show up... or at least your original (Base game)

your EP will not show up but they should be in the Sims 3 launcher...
