Sims 2 ultimate collection: product key not working?

Same problem here. I'm enetering Product Key (in format XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, also I tried add "-" as seperator as original the sims keys XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX), but it doesn't work.

Same issue here. The window suggests its with the "pets" expansion

I'm having the same problem - it’s loading up but then just shows ‘Sims 2 Fun with Pets Collection’ and is stuck on that screen. (Forgot to mention I have 64 bit Windows 7).

Thanks for the info guys. Another thing, can I check that you're getitng this screen, or another one? Is Fun with Pets the displayed content?
