Hello!
In 2015 a person from Origin helped me getting my sims 2 and sims 3 from my computer to my laptop. Have been playing it since everyday. But now since a few days my sims 2 isn't launching. It's is saying that it isn't downloaded en I only have the accessoiries. With Origin launching it it says the same. I updated it at Origin and since then it won't work but I can't see anywhere something that could help me. Does someone know what I have to do?

Could you tell us which version of The Sims 2 you are playing? Is it The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection?
Also, please, take a screenshot of the error message for us, so we can see what it says exactly. If you can't take a screenshot, then could you copy for us the exact error message you are seeing? That would be very helpful
